BookHolder.com Limited Warranty Statement - parent company is Mind To Market, Inc. (MTM) Mind To Market, Inc. ("MTM") warrants to the original end user/customer of its products specified below that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, MTM will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by MTM on an exchange basis, and will be either new or reconditioned. All reconditioned products have been tested to ensure that they are functionally equivalent to new products. If the warranted items (is) are discontinued, MTM has the option of replacing the part with a part of similar function from a current model. Discontinued products not listed in the warranty are no longer covered as their warranty has expired. This limited warranty only applies to purchases made and items located in the U.S., and applies only to the original end user customer of the product for so long as the original end user/customer owns the product. This limited warranty is non-transferable. This limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper assembly, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original item has been sold as second-hand. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Rather than have you pack the item and ship it to us at your cost, you can simply email us photographs that thoroughly show the failure in your part. We may then ship replacement parts to you.
