Returns and Exchanges

BookHolder.com is happy to replace a product with another selection or issue a refund if within 30 days of the date of the original purchase. To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

1.Contact our Customer Service department toll-free at 800-928-2322 between 9am and 5pm EST to begin processing your return or exchange.

2.Repack your item in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.

3.For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. BookHolder.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, BookHolder.com will either pick the item up, or issue you a credit for the return shipping cost.
